Give a meal

We've partnered with The SEED and Transition Guelph to fight food insecurity! Now you can buy someone in your community a meal with your deposits! Just head to our app, press "Request Payment" and "Give a Meal"! 

How?

When you choose "Give a Meal" on our app, we will donate your deposit balance to The SEED, which will be used to buy a meal for someone in the community experiencing food insecurity. For every $5.00 donated, a complete healthy meal will be delivered to someone in the Guelph-Wellington community!

Who?

The SEED is a not-for-profit food project at the Guelph Community Health Centre that was created in 2015 by a coalition of community organizations and individuals. They are working towards a community with no barriers to healthy food. 

DONATE YOUR DEPOSITS

Download our app to participate! Build up your deposit balance by using and returning Friendlier Containers. When you have a deposit balance, click "Request Payment" and "Give a Meal." We will donate your balance to The SEED!
